We were not as fortunate when we stayed at the Continental in April/May. Our locked room safe was robbed of our traveler's checks and US cash.The hotel is now saying that their insurance company will now honor our claim because we were not "bodily harmed" and our room was not entered by "forced entry"!!! In other words either a hotel employee or someone with a key did this and this is the response we got. This also happened on our 4th day there while we were out to dinner!
Just please use caution if you stay there!!
