I was at the Reef Club over 4th of July 2000. At first I was a bit worried, as I had heard some things, but it turned out to OK. No problems, nice pools, awesome beach. Food and drinks not that good though. I had the worst margarita in my life there. The drinks are small, so you have to get 2 at a time. Rooms are nice, air conditioners work great. I had never done the all-inclusive thing before, but it worked out good. Except for the weather. Oh well! One thing that I regret not doing there--and you can do this staying anywhere along the Playa coast--is walking on the beach south for abour 1/2 hour or 45 minutes. I guess you can climb over these big rocks, and on the other side is a beautiful bay you can snorkel in and I guess it feels like you are the only person around.
