We paid $230 a night for two guaranteed oceanview-That time period in Aug is more expensive than Sept so try out their website and see what they come back with - When I contacted the Porto Real direct they quoted $280 a night. We had frequent flyer miles for our airfare and started our trip in Merida visiting friends then one night at the Hacienda Chichen Itza before arriving in Playa.
