So much depends on your style; likes and dislikes. There is an enormous assortment of villas available in Cozumel from downtown locations to beachfront; priced accordingly. Most all the large hotels in Cozumel are all-inclusive. Exceptions are El Presidente Intercontinental, Fiesta Americana (both large) and Playa Azul, beachfront botique style.

The south zone hotels offer the best snorkeling activities, they are located inside the protected marine park but often the reefs are a good swim offshore. Most northern zone hotels have better beaches typically.
