I can only help a little with taxi fares. From the airport its all "collective" service by zone. I don't know the charges for this, but around $5 to $8 per person I think. From El Cozumeleno to downtown is $5, from the south hotel, Allegro will be about $15-$17 per carload of four passengers. No bus service except for hotel employees.
