Wouldn't Matter if Hurricane Dean visited Cozumel

As far as the physical island goes, it wouldn't matter if any hurricane hit it.
The people of Cozumel are such hard and fast workers, they'd have it fixed up by the time you could call your travel agent. I've never seen people get things back to normal so fast. It's like they wait for a hurricane to pass, with their running shoes on, and then they sprint out to any situation that needs fixing and almost like magic, it's back to normal.
The US government should take a look at just what the Cozumel folks do to rebound from disasters and apply it here in the states, especially in New Orleans!
