I am sorry if your trip was really as bad as you say. I've done a lot of research on PLG and most people enjoyed their stay. I guess every motel has unhappy guests now and then. Think of it this way, at least the people who stayed in the room before you had a good time...(or else the people on on of the upper floors) ;)
