Not only was the condition of the hotel terrible, the travel agent in the lobby ruined our snorkel trip to the best reef by sending us into town to get on the boat, which never showed up because it went to the hotel to pick us up. That was the last day we could have done the trip. The hotel has very rude and unfriendly staff at the front desk, rock hard beds, little bugs everywhere, electrically outlets falling apart with exposed wires, toilets don't shut off, cold, slippery floors, faucet handles fall apart when touched and last but not least - dried cum on the balconey wall.
