As a Travel Agent, I strongly advise you go back to you travel agent and try to get a refund on the transfer vouchers. If you puchased air and hotel with Funjet transfers were included.
You should had immediately called the Lomas office on your voucher, as they could have pulled up your agents record.
I had this happen a couple of times with AeroMexico Vacations and it was a glitch in their system.
