went to Aruba and I don't remember it being that Windy, we went in April... and it wasn't that crowded..we stayed at the Radisson..one of the best hotel rooms we've had.
also have been to Turks and Caicos..really isn't much to do there..I think I'd rather go to Cozumel than go there..it was beautiful, the water was amazing..but after 4 days we were bored. We coulnd't find anywhere to eat after 10;00 p.m. everything was closed.
