Restaurants on tollway near airport

We are flying into Cancun and then driving over to Progreso area from the airport area. We will be starving in the early afternoon, but we can't find any information on restaurants along the tollway near Cancun going toward Merida. We do not wish to have to drive down into Cancun or even into the Hotel Zone and have to double back. Please give suggestions. Thanks.
