is cancun a good party place in february?

I am leaving for Cancun february 1-10 with my two friends and we have never been there. We are concerned that there will be no one there our age to party with there at that time. We are 30,35,and 44. We are all concerned if there will be any women are age to at least talk to, and party with at that time of year. Seems every time we go some where on vacation at this time there is no one to talk to but married couples or the older generation to talk to and party with. Wondering if Cancun is the same at this time of year? If you have any good advice for hotels, pools, or night life, please let me know. Thanks
